We are seeking a passionate and high-performing Director of Sales to lead multiple inside sales teams focused on both inbound and outbound lead generation. This is a key leadership role responsible for achieving revenue goals, mentoring frontline sales managers, and optimizing sales processes. You will oversee 3–5 Inside Sales Managers who collectively lead approximately 15 sales representatives across multiple sales teams. This role is responsible for turning high-level strategy into actionable team-level results while building and strengthening relationships with our partners to drive long-term success. You'll be joining a high-growth startup environment with the autonomy to make a tangible impact.
