An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess to join Lobby Lounge Outlet at Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

About You:

1. Greet and treat all colleagues in a friendly manner.
2. Sets a personal example for right conduct and behavior.
3. Must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
4. To maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
5. To control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.
6. To communicate with Culinary Team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
7. To ensure the food pick up and service is impeccable and completed in a timely manner
8. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
9. Responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables.
10. Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system
11. Coordinate food timings accordingly to Jumeirah Standards
12. To understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
13. Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations
14. To perform other tasks or projects as assigned by restaurant management.
15. Ensure great knowledge of health and safety, HACCP and hygiene regulations.
16. Maintains the outlet in perfect condition.
