An opportunity has arisen for an Intern position with our Sales Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Assist the Sales team in executing strategies and activities to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Support in maintaining and updating client databases and account profiles in Jumeirah Connect (Salesforce).
  • Help prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal meetings and business reviews.
  • Participate in client visits, sales calls, and familiarization trips to learn relationship-building and negotiation techniques.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new business opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for sales events, trade shows, and partnership initiatives.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Studies related to hospitality or sales

Experience:

  • Any sales experience is a strength

Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Tech savvy with strong attention to detail.
  • Word-processing skills, preferably with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, energetic and positive attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Flexibility.
