Responsible for overseeing all facets of the outlet, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service leading to creating unforgettable moments for guests' worth sharing.

Assists the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations, leads by example and instils a culture of continuous learning and improvement among Colleagues; actively participates in Employee relations activities and programs, responsible to achieve the optimum level of guest satisfaction and outlet profitability maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork, motivating Colleagues leading to high team morale.
