An opportunity has arisen for a Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Team in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Ensuring that the correct beverages are dispensed from the bar as per the KOTs.
• Following the standard operating procedures given, every time.
• Being punctual and reporting on duty as scheduled in the duty roster.
• Taking immediate action when service is requested and helping colleagues without prompting.
• Responding to all guest requests with a positive "YES" and then taking the necessary action to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Providing a very elegant, warm, and personalized service to the guest.
• Using the guest's name at least twice during delivering and pick up. Immediately bringing to the attention of the manager if a guest is not satisfied.
• Coordinating preparation and delivery of orders with kitchen staff when assigned to.
• Serving with a smile and following the standards and sequence of service.
