We are seeking an experienced and skilled EWP L2 Client Support Engineer to join our team. As a technical expert, you will provide second-level support to clients using the Julius Baer workspace platform, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and minimal downtime. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Your Challenge

  • Provide second-level technical support to clients across the bank, focusing on resolving complex issues that cannot be addressed by Level 1 (L1) support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Service Desk support, analysing and troubleshooting unknown issues that require additional expertise.
  • Resolve client support issues within the EWP L2-Client team, prioritizing and escalating problems based on impact and urgency.
  • Deliver personalized support and follow-up to affected users, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Investigate unknown issues to identify root causes and develop permanent, documented solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between L1 and L3 support teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the L3 team on projects related to current and emerging technologies, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the team leader in administrative and cross-functional tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Your Profile

  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise workspace platforms and related technologies.
  • Proven experience in providing second-level technical support, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and communication.
