Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements. This encompasses the thorough understanding and meticulous tracking of all service dependencies and proactive lifecycle management.

Your challenge includes:

  • Ensuring sustainable, stable, and maintainable application's service operations
  • Managing and resolving incidents related to the IT service, minimizing downtime and impact on business operation
  • Identifying and addressing root causes of incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Monitoring and analyzing the IT service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and feedback on the IT service
  • Ensuring the IT service complies with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Managing test-/release management and deployments of fixes and enhancements/upgrades

Your profile includes:

  • Understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
  • Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, including hardware, software, and networking
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize IT services
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and customers
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
  • Min. 5 years experience as IT Service Owner/Application Responsible
  • Min. 5 years IT know how especially for FIS Systems like Bloomberg, LSEG/Reuters, Marketmap, BAHA, SIX, Contributing etc.
  • Analytical & coordination skills
  • Independent working style, self-responsible
  • Open to learn and acquire new skills
