Job ResponsibilitiesThe role is two fold: there is a local desk (Mansart Japan) - and you will work with a tight knit team of traders, structurers and technologists to help scale this business. The technology platform, however is global - and the successful applicant will collaborate with the London team to ensure that the software that we build remains consistent across the regions.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and/or Capabilities• In order of importance (from most to least): experience with Python, SQL, Java
• Team player, able to communicate well with both fellow technologists and business users.
• Excellent analytical skills (i.e. problem solving).
• A solid foundation in computer science and software engineering principles.
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly pick up new ideas, concepts and technologies.
• Disciplined approach to code management, testing and deployment practices.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and/or Capabilities• Experience of working in a front office environment within financial services.
