Network Management Operations Senior Associate

Drive annual oversight, data analysis, and process improvement in Network Management Operations. Collaborate and deliver impactful results. As a Network Management Operations Senior Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will support the due diligence oversight cycle, culminating in the annual Final Assessment Reports (FARs).

Job Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate of multiple tasks to culminate in the issuance of the Final Assessment Report for your section of the annual population.
• Collate and analyze, turning analysis into suggested actions.
• Collaborate to enhance existing processes and applications, introduce new processes and tools, and engage in process re-engineering to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support user acceptance testing, coordinate and execute test plans, and communicate results for deliverable sign-off.
• Work independently with minimal direction, keeping management informed and escalating issues as needed.
• Learn about the Network lifecycle and be flexible to help across the wider Network Management Operations team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities up to senior management level.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to understand both detail and the bigger picture.
• Superb organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent team player.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience with Alteryx and Tableau.
• Experience with Data Visualization.
• Knowledge of Network Management processes (however training will be provided).
