Are you passionate about shaping high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and influencing strategic outcomes? We're seeking a dynamic chief of staff for our marketing analytics team to orchestrate culture, controls, finance, and delivery across our fast-paced organization.

As a chief of staff within the marketing analytics team you will be supporting the head of marketing analytics. In this role you'll have the opportunity to work on and lead high-priority cross-team projects, interact with senior leaders and influence team dynamics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shape team norms and rituals that reinforce inclusion, growth mindset, high performance, and accountability; coordinate recognition, learning, and engagement programs; support onboarding and talent rhythms.
  • Promote a strong control environment with risk & controls partners; proactively manage issues, audits, and remediation; maintain governance calendars, roles and responsibilities, and documentation.
  • Orchestrate annual/quarterly planning, budget management, and headcount planning; align investment cases with strategic priorities and provide clear spend visibility and variance commentary.
  • Run the operating cadence (staff meetings, business reviews, OKRs); track commitments and dependencies, clear blockers, and drive execution discipline across the portfolio.
  • Serve as primary point of contact to finance, HR, procurement, technology/data, and cross-lob marketing partners; coordinate inputs, manage expectations, and drive transparent communication.
  • Build executive-ready materials (scorecards, updates, decision memos, town halls) that translate complex programs into concise insights and recommended actions.
  • Maintain program/initiative inventory, charters, milestones, and risks; facilitate steering sessions; ensure decisions, owners, and next steps are documented and tracked to closure.
  • Coordinate with procurement and vendor owners on SOWs, renewals, deliverables, and performance measures; ensure value realization and adherence to firm policies.
  • Collaborate with analytics leaders to align KPIs/OKRs, taxonomy, and reporting standards that link team outputs to business outcomes and customer impact.
  • Champion adoption of agentic and GenAI-assisted ways of working (e.g., automated meeting synthesis, knowledge retrieval, workflow orchestration, insight generation) with appropriate governance, change management, and alignment to firm policies.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders; anticipate needs, surface trade-offs, and enable timely, informed decision-making.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4+ years of relevant experience and a BS/BA in an analytical field.
  • Proficiency with Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Experience with executive communications, operating cadences, and portfolio governance.
  • Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence/Monday.com, OKR tooling, and executive reporting workflows.
