As a Senior Project Manager Associate in Cash Operations Transformation, you will enable stable, scalable project delivery by partnering with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end process flows and clearly document functional and non-functional requirements across product, operations, compliance, and scalability. You will perform impact and gap analyses, shape the future-state operating model with Operations, Product, and Technology, and partner with UAT to ensure strong testing coverage and quality outcomes. You will track progress through go-live, lead operational readiness, change management, and ensure risks, controls, and regulatory requirements are met while resolving issues to minimize client and operational impact.
