Analyst, Us Provate Banking Deposit Sales

As an Analyst within the US Provate Banking Deposit Sales team, you support day-to-day execution across deposit and Treasury/cash management opportunities for Private Bank and institutional clients. You produce client materials, deliver pricing and profitability analyses, and provide management reporting that drives prioritization and follow-through. You coordinate implementation and testing activities while improving workflows and controls to reduce operational risk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with DSMs and bankers/advisors to support day-to-day execution, follow-ups, and coordination across stakeholders for deposit and Treasury/cash management opportunities.
- Produce, maintain, and enhance pitchbooks, relationship review materials, account plans, market huddle updates, and ad-hoc presentations; ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Support pricing of deposits as an asset class and contribute to client/prospect analyses (e.g., competitive comparisons, scenario/impact analyses) to enable informed decision-making.
- Develop, in partnership with DSMs/Treasury Services, custom proformas, perform cost/benefit analysis, support competitive pricing requests, and assist with profitability modelling where applicable.
- Track pipeline activity and sales progress; deliver recurring and ad-hoc management reporting to support prioritization and execution discipline.
- Build and maintain an understanding of competitor deposit and cash management offerings and positioning; synthesize insights for sales conversations and materials.
- Submit implementation requests for new services, coordinate across product/implementation/operations, and help ensure services, pricing, and billing are set up timely and accurately.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and mitigate operational risk (e.g., templates, trackers, automation in Excel or other tools).
- Support UAT/system testing for process or system enhancements; document outcomes, track issues, and drive closure with stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 2+ years of experience within financial services, supporting Banking, Wealth Management, or Treasury-related businesses
- Foundational knowledge of Interest Rates, FX, Fixed Income, and Central Banks (or strong willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- Demonstrated understanding of deposit products and the broader cash product landscape; awareness of balance sheet implications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate issues, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with a commitment to an inclusive culture and respect for diverse perspectives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a track record of improving processes, controls, and reporting quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Tableau, Alteryx, Python and/or VBA is a strong plus
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Implementation, Operations, and Risk/Controls partners
- Comfort working with data sources/systems (e.g., CRM, order/implementation tools, reporting platforms) and troubleshooting data issues end-to-end
