Identity Management Specialist

Contingent Worker Operations (CWO), a function of Category Sourcing within JPMC's Global Supplier Services organization, manages and tracks the onboarding of JPMC contingent labor globally. Our activities consist of the creation and reactivation of contingent worker identities, and the ownership of the contingent labor onboarding processes. CWO is seeking an Identity Management Specialist who will create identity records for contingent workers and help suppliers/assignment sponsors troubleshoot and resolve issues during the onboarding and offboarding process.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating via email, support tickets, and Zoom calls.
  • Process supplier onboarding form submissions to create identity records in central onboarding tool (Contingent Worker Management - CWM)
  • Return submissions to the supplier or sponsor if there are any data quality issues, and request a resubmission of corrected records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate with Global Workforce Screening to ensure contingent worker background checks are completed within the expected SLA, escalating to their team when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the onboarding process
  • Ensure that tasks are completed in accordance with our standard operating procedures to maintain data integrity, follow documented process steps, and align with associated controls.
  • Partner with HR to process re-entry checks for returning employees
  • Review contract change requests for contingent workers, ensuring they are aligned with active contracts and that any extensions of contingent worker end dates are aligned with the contract records.
  • Manage Request Center queue
  • Schedule contingent workers for remote onboarding sessions and support them during their initial login to the JPMC environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediary understanding of Excel.
  • Proficient in other typical business applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the competency in technology to learn other applicable toolsets.
  • Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is a must.
  • Effective at maintaining and building effective relationships with supplier and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong customer service skills and able to handle and resolve contingent worker data related issues.
  • Solid facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Work collaboratively with global team members and productively in virtual team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
  • Strong technical skills. Ability to learn new systems and multi-task between multiple systems.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
