Job Opportunity At Jotun B.V.

Support the growth of numbers of dealers and distributors in the Performance Coatings segments as well as support the sales growth of existing dealers and distributors. This will be done in close cooperation with the region and to ensure the continued business growth of a number of MCI dealers/distributors in the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the Protective/Marine dealer network by introducing Jotun and selling all relevant Protective/Marine products to existing and potential distributors and customers to achieve the sales budget and increase market share.
  • Manage the process of further strengthening the distribution of MCI tinting equipment and anchor this as a business solution both internally and externally.
  • Contribute actively to building and strengthening the competence needed within the dealers and distributors network to secure further growth.
  • Work closely with both Local Concept managers for implementation and execution plans for mentioned tools and solutions.
  • Work close and actively with the Multicolor Department to understand and further explore the usage and distribution of tinting machines, shakers, colorants, color measuring tools, online-support solutions, etc.
  • Drive sales development through the distribution channel and ensure department KPIs are met.
  • Support to develop a Dealers & Distributors strategy aligned with Segment and Company Strategy
  • Update the market information of the Distribution Network in terms of size, growth, requirements, competition, and dynamics.
  • Implement Protective/Marine marketing strategy through conducting Jotun Dealer Profitability Program (JDPP) for dealers, rolling out Marketing activities at all MC outlets, and Capitalizing MCI concept to maintain Jotun's image and enhance competitiveness level and improve market position.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Customer Service, Laboratory, Technical Service, and Finance) by following up on the timely delivery of paint, in-shop requests, and credit approvals in order to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Plan and Monitor sales objectives, Gross Margin (GM), Days of Outstanding Sales (DSO), and payment collection by having constant follow-up and guidance with the dealers to ensure implementation of sales targets and ensure profitability and increase of market share

  • Demonstrated success in growing sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Excellent self-organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs and market developments.
  • Availability to travel
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Passionate team player.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
