We're looking for a Marketing Associate with creative energy and sharp execution skills to help us amplify our brand, inspire our partners, and keep our communications world-class. You'll be at the center of partner engagement, brand storytelling, and cross-team collaboration, making sure every touchpoint — from an email update to a pitch deck — reflects who we are and what we stand for.

Partner Communication – Craft clear, engaging communications for partners and merchants that keep them informed and inspired.

Email List Management – Manage segmented email lists and campaigns to ensure the right people get the right message at the right time.

Create With Impact – Design and brand partner facing documents, marketing assets, and presentation materials that stand out while staying on brand.

Asset Branding - Assist with branding and design of slides, graphics, and deliverables for partner account managers and internal stakeholders.

Fuel Insights – Support marketing surveys and partner feedback programs, turning responses into actionable insights.

Champion the Brand – Maintain and evolve our share marketing templates, content libraries, and style consistency across the business.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication
• Working knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or Figma
• A proactive mindset – you take initiative, ask smart questions, and follow through
• A good eye for branding, formatting, and consistent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in payments, SaaS, or B2B industries
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other email tools
• Light design skills or experience working within brand guidelines

Salary & Performance Incentives:

• Compensation Structure: This range is inclusive of the base salary and variable compensation, such as a company-wide bonus or sales commission. The final compensation package will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, capabilities, and location.
