The Manager Of Professional Services leads the implementation team responsible for onboarding and integrating new ISV (Independent Software Vendor) channel partners into our PayFac platform. This role manages project delivery, technical integrations, and partner enablement while working cross-functionally with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful and timely go-lives. We service 30 separate Constellation owned Vertical Market Software (VMS) businesses today with our sights set on supporting payments for the Constellation echo system.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of partner implementation projects, including integration planning, resource allocation, and timeline management
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, risk and resources
• Optimize partner implementation for risk, security, and payment yields
• Lead and coach a team of professional services and technical implementation resources
• Collaborate with sales and partner success teams to align onboarding plans with partner objectives
• Serve as the escalation point for implementation issues and work cross-functionally to resolve roadblocks
• Develop and refine implementation processes, documentation, and partner enablement materials
• Track performance metrics to ensure high-quality partner onboarding experiences
• Be a champion for integrating AI into the professional services team and procedures
• Create and maintain departmental procedures
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop and maintain customer-facing materials
• Serve as project manager on large or VIP projects

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or partner implementations in a SaaS environment
• 2+ years of experience managing a team
• Strong understanding of payment processing, gateways, and ISV integration models
• Experience working with APIs and technical integration projects
• Strong understanding of project management tools and reporting components
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Minimal travel (<15%) could be required for company or client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience in fintech, payments or financial services
• Experience using teamwork.com as a project management tool
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, AML and other compliance standards

Salary & Performance Incentives

• Target Compensation: The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is projected to be between $125k and $140k per year.
• Compensation Structure: This range is inclusive of the base salary and variable compensation, such as a company-wide bonus or sales commission. The final compensation package will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, capabilities, and location.
