As our Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in converting inbound leads into happy customers, managing long-term partnerships, and expanding account value through strategic growth opportunities.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving JOIN's growth goals.

Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, including new business acquisition and account growth (preferably in SaaS or Tech).
Fluent German and confident English skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and structured working style.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimise sales activities.
Nice-to-have: Experience in HR/recruiting or additional language skills.
