What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct thermodynamic simulations and virtual testing across multiple refrigerant systems
  • Integrate AI and machine learning tools to enhance simulation accuracy and performance
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, and engineering teams to optimize system architecture
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation to support product roadmap decisions
  • Explore emerging technologies and propose new methods for simulation and design efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in thermodynamics and thermal simulation
  • Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL, MATLAB, GT Suites, Amesym) and programming languages (Python, R, MATLAB)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations
  • Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English
