Training Services Coordinator

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

What You Will Do

As the Training Services Coordinator, reporting to the Technical Services and Training Manager, you will support a team of 7 Trainers across EMEA.

How You Will Do It

Support and coordinate all training activities for two areas of Fire Suppression (specifically engineered systems and pre-engineered systems)

Develop, implement, and coordinate internal and external training schedules and programs across Johnson Controls UK.

Liaise with trainers, managers, and external customers in relation to training needs.

Consult and coordinate with other Training Service Coordinators in across EMEA to ensure consistency.

Maintain training rosters, records, and correspondence with participants.

Manage logistics: venue booking, enrolment, materials, equipment coordination, arrange catering, etc.

Attend and assist with Training sessions held in the Manchester Training Centre

Coordinate documentation and certification processes, maintaining audit-ready training records.

Issue training certificates; create, ship and track Authorisation ID cards.

Monitor and report on training effectiveness through attendance, feedback, assessments, and compliance tracking.

What We Look For

Essential

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Highly organized and methodical in approach with excellent time management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Professional manner and strong stakeholder management.

Strong administration skills and attention to detail.

Experience managing databases and extracting data/creating reports.

Experience with shipping/tracking/logistics.

Agenda and diary management experience.

Desirable

Previous experience in a similar training coordinator role.

Experience supporting an international region/customer base.

Understanding of compliance training requirements and record-keeping.
