What You Will Do

  • Manage and develop a robust channel partner network across the Nordic and Baltic territories, driving business growth and market expansion.
  • Strategically recruit, onboard, and support partners, equipping them to succeed with Sensormatic solutions.
  • Directly engage with retailers to understand their operational needs and deliver solutions that enhance their efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, ensuring alignment of Sensormatic's offerings with customer and partner expectations.

How You Will Do It

  • Demonstrate accountability and integrity by owning the outcomes of your initiatives, ensuring they align with the EMEA indirect strategy.
  • Work closely with partners and customers, removing obstacles to deliver tailored solutions that address their most pressing challenges.
  • Continuously improve by applying innovative approaches and embracing candid feedback to enhance the efficacy of partnerships and solutions.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams and with external stakeholders to integrate diverse insights and achieve comprehensive results.

What We Look For

  • 10+ years of experience in account management or business development, with a focus on the retail sector.
  • Proven success in managing geographically diverse territories, particularly within the Nordic and Baltic regions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications, coupled with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently while fostering strong team dynamics.
  • Availability for frequent international travel within the assigned territory.
  • Full Driving License
