Technician Frigoriste Service

Integrated into the Technical Service Department, the technician frigoriste service intervenes throughout the entire manufacturing cycle, from workshop production to the commissioning of installations at the client's location. They ensure the conformity of components during assembly, carry out the programming of the systems, ensure quality control, coordinate the commissioning, and support the client during the warranty period.

The technician service will have the main tasks of:

• Accompanying engineering in the selection and validation of components during assembly,
• Participating in the programming and optimization of machines,
• Carrying out an electrical and electronic control of the installations at the end of production,
• Supervising start-up interventions, maintenance, or emergency interventions at the client's site,
• Planning preventive maintenance and ensuring the coordination of necessary parts,
• Solving and responding to customer requests during the warranty period,
• Writing technical reports and proposing system optimizations,
• Collecting, analyzing, and communicating trends observed during site visits.

You respect the rules and safety directives, including those of the client during your on-site interventions.

We are looking for:

Technical training in refrigeration or cooling, with a successful experience of a minimum of 5 years ideally obtained in the CO2 refrigerant installation field.

You have real technical expertise and are comfortable reading complex plans and electrical schematics.

You are proficient in the Pack Office.

You easily speak French and English.

You are ready to travel in North America and work on a rotating work schedule.

You have an excellent sense of oral and written communication that will facilitate your exchanges with clients, design offices, and partners.
