Your Responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming of customer-specific communication systems (light call) and emergency lighting systems
• Conducting customer training sessions
• Instructing the systems and handing them over to the customer
• Creating, adapting, and forwarding system documentation and technical reports
• Assisting in the rotating troubleshooting and on-call service

As a service technician (m/w/d) for security systems or emergency call systems, you work diligently and customer-oriented in the care of our customers in the Pfäffikon area. You are also flexible and able to organize yourself well.

Your Qualifications

• Electrical technical training with initial professional experience required
• Further education in the field of security technology/communication technology is advantageous
• Application knowledge of the MS Office package
• Fluent spoken and written German and Swiss German; any other language is an advantage
• Experience as a service technician is desirable
• Communicative, service-oriented, and flexible
• Driver’s license class B
