Service Engineer Position

Do you want to work on creating energy-efficient buildings using the construction industry's most innovative products and solutions?

At Johnson Controls Norway, we are looking for a service engineer for our building automation department in Bergen. We are looking for someone who has broad experience and a good technical understanding of building automation, as the main tasks will consist of service and maintenance of larger and more complex systems. You are results-oriented, focused on finding smart and practical solutions, and you are a person who likes to get things done. The position involves contact with customers, so we are looking for someone who can build good customer relationships and is service-oriented.

Work tasks will include:

• Service and maintenance of automation systems
• Programming of digital substations and web-based SD systems
• Commissioning, troubleshooting, and service and maintenance of automation systems
• Portfolio and customer responsibility

We want candidates with the following qualifications:

• Independent and structured
• Solution-oriented
• Customer-focused
• Quality-conscious and patient
• Trade certificate in automation or electrical engineering
• Experience in working with building automation is valued for education
• Additional education from technical college/engineering college in automation/electrical engineering is an advantage
• Good IT skills
• Fluent Norwegian, both spoken and written
• English, spoken and written
• Driver's license class B
