BMS Service Sales Representative

The BMS Service Sales Representative will manage Service customers in the BMS area with the aim of identifying and exploiting business opportunities in Service, creating differential value for the Northern Italy area, in the development of an integrated business of BMS systems, energy efficiency, HVAC.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The BMS Service Sales Representative must analyze and technically know the after-sales needs of BMS customers, verify through budgets and development plans its needs as well as face specific declared needs from the customer
  • Must propose and manage negotiations related to maintenance contracts
  • Must coordinate its activity aligning with Area Manager, branches, and colleagues
  • Must care and consolidate personal relationships establishing a partnership relationship, and identify itself as a customer consultant
  • Must choose the most effective techniques to make the relationship more profitable and lasting in order to "loyalize the customer"
  • The BMS Service Sales Representative will then define and achieve the assigned objectives through a consultancy relationship with the assigned customers transferring the company's value proposition
  • Finally, it must effectively manage the relationship with the entire internal organization to ensure the achievement of the assigned targets.

The Profile We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in sales of at least 3 years in structured organizations in the field of End-Users clients (e.g. manufacturing industry, pharma and chemicals, logistics, etc.) with a BMS focus
  • Experience in the technical BMS field
  • Attitude to independent and structured work and to assume initiative and capacity to work as well as in Team
  • Spirit of initiative, creativity, dialectic, and strong problem-solving skills
  • High availability, flexibility, and ability to perform best under pressure
  • Good ability to express in Italian and English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Driving license category B
  • Availability to travel required.
