Building Management Systems Technician/Engineer

As a Building Management Systems Technician/Engineer, you are an expert in measurement and control technology, automation, and/or computer science. After a period of training on the floor and a specific theoretical training, you will be part of our "Field Service" team.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the commissioning and preventive and curative maintenance of BMS installations on the sites of our customers.
• You will work for our customers and be responsible for the independent performance of maintenance and service activities on measurement and control installations.
• You will ensure adequate reporting on your activities and provide advice and recommendations to customers and colleagues on various technical aspects.
• Identifying and recording potential activities is also part of this challenging and independent role.
• You will detect any error messages and look for a solution.
• You will work closely with our clients and site managers.
• You will be the face of Johnson Controls.
• The BMS Technician/Engineer (m/f) reports to the OPS or Site Team Leader. The headquarters of Johnson Controls is located in Groot-Bijgaarden, but you will mainly work on sites of our customers in the region of East and West Flanders.

Profile:

• You have a technical education (bachelor elektromechanica A1) with a specialization in control technology, automation, and/or computer science or you have a comparable level through relevant experience.
• You have several years of relevant experience as a technician/engineer in control technology and/or automation.
• You can express yourself fluently orally and in writing in Dutch.
• You are organized and structured and have an eye for detail.
• You are customer-oriented.
• You have good communication and listening skills.
• You are stress-resistant, flexible, and autonomous.
• You are focused on solutions.
