Provide in-country (Thailand) support for IR business mainly for F&B & YPS system and products selection with costing and preliminary quotation preparation. This is to assist our IR Thailand sales manager for technical support so that he can focus on customer relationship management and pipeline creation. The AE shall understand the customer refrigeration process, and how we might value add through systems and products application know-how.
Provide IR solution and quotation support to front-line sales engineers and sales managers.
Support sales activities and pre-engineering tasks, including equipment layout for IR systems and equipment.
Prepare schematics and P&ID drawings on behalf of front-line sales teams.
Support RFQs by:
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager from time to time.
