As Salesforce Release Analyst you will plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce releases across multiple instances. Working with the Release Manager, this role will play a key part in ensuring smooth deployments, maintaining sandbox environments, and supporting DevOPs processes using Azure Pipelines. · Assist in planning and executing Salesforce releases, including deployment preparation, validation, and post-release support.

· Maintain and update Azure DevOps Pipelines used for Salesforce deployments, ensuring reliability and alignment with release schedules.

· Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot deployment failures or environment inconsistencies.

· Track release progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

· Support the creation, refresh, and maintenance of Full Copy and Developer Sandboxes.

· Track and document release activities, issues, and resolutions to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with development and operations teams globally to coordinate deployment timelines and resolve issues.

· Ensure compliance with change management governance and best practice.

· Participate in release retrospectives and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

· Work with internal Change Management Board for request approvals and implementation scheduling.

What we are looking for:

· 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a technical or release support role preferably in a multi org environment.

· Ideal candidate would hold multiple Salesforce Certification with Platform Developer II as minimum

· Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, change management, and deployment best practices.

· Experience maintaining or supporting Azure DevOps Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools for Salesforce metadata and code deployments essential.

· Experienced in Salesforce metadata, deployment tools (e.g., SFDX, Change Sets), and sandbox management. Proficiency with project tracking tools e.g. Jira, or similar.

· Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture, and release lifecycle. Experience with Apex, LWC, integrations, data manipulation, and security models. Exposure to Heroku, MuleSoft, or Salesforce integrations is an advantage.

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy agile environment.

· Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across the globe.
