Your Role:

• Lead and inspire a well-established team of sales professionals in the Czech market
• Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial refrigeration solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Represent Johnson Controls at industry events and exhibitions

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in technical sales, ideally in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial systems
• Leadership experience in managing or mentoring sales teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field
• Fluency in Czech and English
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
