Pump Engineer (Field-Based)
We are actively recruiting Multiskilled Fire Pump Engineers to join our dynamic fire suppression team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for servicing and installing fire pump equipment for a diverse range of clients, including those in the commercial, industrial, public sector, and blue-chip sectors.
We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience working with diesel engines — regardless of industry background (e.g. automotive, agriculture, military, marine, or other sectors). You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to high-quality service, and a proactive approach to health and safety — ensuring we exceed customer expectations.

How You Will Do It
- Perform servicing, repairs, fault-finding, and installations across a range of equipment
- Work on one or more of the following systems:
- Fire Pumps
- Diesel Engines
- Electric Motors
- Control Panels
- Generator Sets
- Submersible Pumps
- Booster Pumps
What We Look For
- Essential: Hands-on experience working with diesel engines (any industry background)
- Experience in fire pumps, electric motors, control panels, or similar systems is desirable but not required
- A flexible, motivated approach with a strong focus on customer service
- Well-presented, comfortable using phones and tablets, and takes pride in workmanship
- Full UK driving licence required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with diverse skill sets
