In this role, you will be providing your expertise to provide 2nd line network support across EMEA region, being also a part of our global team providing 24x7 support for our global production network infrastructure. You will undertake and manage in depth troubleshooting activities and plan customer facing activities under guidance; monitor and manage complex networks in production, collocation, lab, and customer monitoring environments and investigate and help resolve issues on our network and IT estates.
