Hvac Applied Sales Manager / Sales Engineers
We are looking for dedicated HVAC Applied Sales Manager / Sales Engineers (m/w/d) across Germany to drive the sales of YORK HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, heat pumps, ventilation devices) in the commercial and mid-market sectors. You will work closely with distributors, installers, and contractors to promote the sustainable growth of the YORK brand.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implementation of YORK sales strategy to achieve sales targets
- Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new partners
- Technical consulting and support for customers and sales partners
- Support in pricing, sales training, and marketing activities
- Market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Creation of sales forecasts and regular reports
Your Qualifications:
- Sales personality with proven success in the sale of HVAC systems
- 3–5 years of experience in the specification, planning, or sales of HVAC solutions (e.g., chillers, heat pumps, ventilation devices)
- Ability to support and train sales partners
- Results-oriented with experience in handling KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is advantageous
- Willingness to travel across Germany
- Good English skills are advantageous
