About the Role

As an HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strong relationships with channel partners across Norway. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure sales, meet targets, and deliver value to customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
  • Become an expert on Johnson Controls' YORK products and communicate their value proposition clearly.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners.
  • Ensure sales excellence using SalesForce for pipeline management and forecasting.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate who has:

  • Proven experience delivering results in HVAC Commercial Sales of Applied equipment (5–10 years).
  • Fluent Norwegian and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems and solutions.
  • Previous success in channel or direct sales within the HVAC industry.
  • Experience with technical selections and preparing offers for HVAC equipment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
