Fire Service Sales Account Executive

What You Will Do

In this critical role, you will promote and sell service agreements (preventive maintenance agreements—PMAs) for commercial building systems—including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspection solutions. Your work fuels growth, strengthens customer relationships, and drives the overall profitability of the business.

What We Look For

Required

  • Experience selling service agreements
  • 2–3 prior progressive sales roles with demonstrated growth and results

Preferred

  • Technical aptitude with high attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills—able to captivate in one‑to‑one and group settings
  • Success selling services and other intangibles
  • Exposure to recognized sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines

Bonus qualifications

  • Knowledge of the fire and life safety industry
  • Experience with Salesforce.com

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68-85k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
