What You Will Do

Configuration and follow up to the entry of orders through the SAP system, ensuring alignment and capacity with customer commitments to ensure the correct supply of materials and on-time delivery.

How You Will Do It

• Creation of sales orders in SAP, based on customer requirements, as well as assignment of delivery date based on capacity. Management of the different steps for the release of material BOMs, coordinating the interaction of the different areas involved (Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Planning).
• Generation of reports and KPIs: Entry of Orders, P1s, Prebom Follow Up.
• P1, Pre BOM and Final BOM follow up.
• Capacity to order follow up, management of changes to new orders, constant communication with Order Management with the objective of maintaining the integrated commitment dates.
• Support in the creation and follow up of long-term forecast, maintenance of FATOs, having an interplant interaction and with the Purchasing team. Release of updated lead times according to the plant capacity, considering the interaction with the CI team to obtain the correct information in bottlenecks and manufacturing time.
• Support for the creation of work centers, resources and consumptions in SAP for better control of capacity and production programs.
