ADT Security Services is looking for a customer service executive for a call center 36 hours per week in the Providencia commune.
Main functions:
Resolve queries, problems and offer effective solutions to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for the customer.
Ensure the registration of information in the company's systems by strictly following the company's procedures.
Requirements:
- Complete high school education.
- Minimum one year experience in customer service call center, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Handling of MS Office tools.
- 6x1 and 5x2 shifts, with rotating schedules:
- 36 hours per week.
- Morning, afternoon, night shifts.
*Night shifts every two months.
(We have corporate transportation for shifts with entry or exit between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM).
We offer a direct contract with the company and a salary package consisting of
Base salary $529,000 + Bonus.
