Dispatcher/Service Coordinator
Dispatcher/Service Coordinator is a key role reporting to the Operations Supervisor and is responsible for scheduling jobs for technicians, coordinate with the Operations teams and providing answers to questions by retrieving information from the necessary departments and supervising the field units' routes to prioritize and organize their schedules.
As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate satisfactory results.
Responsibilities will be:
- Scheduling jobs for around technicians and dispatching vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
- Sales & operations support to all LOB's
- Facility & logistics support.
- Support trade compliance approvals for HS codes and warranty claims - service controls.
- Creating jobs in the system and communicating with the Operations team.
- Coordinating with multiple departments and customers for successful job execution.
- Analyzing and consolidating various reports using Excel
Required:
- University degree or diploma
- Ability to deal with multiple urgent situations, and coordinate for quick resolution without supervision
- Attention to detail
- Experience in Servicemax
- Good Excel and numerical skills
- Work experience of minimum 5 years in a similar role
