Objective of the Position:
Comprehensive attention to customer requests that enter through the CRM system, telephone calls, or other channels available to the organization as a contact center.
Main Functions:
Attend calls, chats from regular and corporate clients. Attend and resolve customer requests through internal jobs according to defined processes. Support the supervision management of Customer Service in special projects. Conduct client visits. Comply with established processes according to the Quality Management System. Comply with Health, Safety, and Hygiene Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Excel and Windows Basic
1 year of experience in similar positions with functions in customer service via telephone or in Call Center-related duties.
