Service Parts Co-Ordinator

As a Service Parts Co-Ordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to the branch Installation Teams, ensuring the timely and accurate coordination of service parts and materials. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking customer appointments, while liaising with Field Line Managers to mitigate risks and ensure service delivery is maintained to the highest standard.

How you will do it:

  • Manage all inbound and outbound telephone communications, ensuring consistent coverage across UK operations.
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of service parts and materials, ensuring lead times are clearly communicated and agreed with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts usage, stock levels, and delivery schedules.
  • Optimise engineer productivity by ensuring all appointments are appropriately scheduled and resourced.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of required components.
  • Provide administrative support for field operations, including issuing job details, processing payments for on-site upsells, and scheduling follow-up visits.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

What we look for:

Required:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Preferred:

  • Experience in scheduling, planning, or logistics coordination
  • Familiarity with service operations or technical environments
