Commercial Manager For Industrial Refrigeration And Heat Pump Services

You will be in charge of the commercial follow-up of the service and maintenance of industrial refrigeration installations and heat pumps for our clients from the chemical, petrochemical, industrial processes, food and beverage, or other specific applications sectors.

How you will do it: In collaboration with local agencies, you will boost sales by establishing a close relationship with your clients and prospects. To do this, you:

• Develop your client portfolio and respond to calls for tenders,
• Supervise the costing and then establish the offers in agreement with the design offices,
• Take orders while ensuring the financial margin and respecting the deadlines,
• Follow the good execution of your projects which will be carried out by the project managers,
• Carry out technological and regulatory surveillance on your market,
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage complaints/disputes.

According to the progress of the projects, you are supported by the BE teams, the commercial management, the financial and legal services.

What we are looking for: Graduated from a technical training in climate engineering from bac+2 to bac+5, you have solid experience in the field of industrial refrigeration or energy recovery. Autonomous and responsible, you organize your trips and visits to your region. You are a force of proposal to improve the functioning and performance of your client's installations and ensure their compliance with the regulations. Dynamic, good communicator and with a real commercial fiber are your main qualities for this position.
