Design, develop, and maintain Oracle B2C Service applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
Provide technical support and must have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot Oracle B2C Service applications.
You will stay current with Oracle B2C Service features and enhancements, ensuring the integration of new functionalities into existing systems.
Familiar with middleware/integration tools i.e. MuleSoft or Oracle Integration Cloud.
Coordinate data synchronization between Oracle Service Cloud and other systems (Oracle EBS, Reporting, OFSC).
Create detailed functional and technical documentation using flow diagrams, wire frames, etc.
Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and emerging technologies.
