What You'll Do:

As an Application Engineer, you'll:

• Support Sales & Design Teams: Help our Account Executives and project teams during the design and proposal phases by providing technical input and estimating support.
• Assist with Project Estimating: Work on detailed cost estimates and scopes of work, helping to ensure our proposals are accurate and competitive.
• Prepare Proposals: Create customer proposals and quote letters, including reviewing specifications, generating special quotes, and issuing RFQs and RFIs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with team leaders to manage project schedules, execution timelines, and backlog forecasts.
• Interpret Engineering Drawings: Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to support design and installation planning.

What We're Looking For:

Required:

• A degree in an Engineering field (recent graduates welcome!)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication skills to work with both internal teams and customers
• Eagerness to learn and manage multiple projects with a positive attitude

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools
• Hands-on engineering or technical internship experience
