As of October 1, 2026, we are looking for suitable applicants for our dual study program at our location in Wertheim.

The focus of the practical training in the company is on the planning and implementation of new and renovation measures of the mechanical components of our production facilities. The field of activity is broad and ranges from tasks in construction and planning such as creating machine specifications and plant layouts to project management with time and cost tracking to the organization of installations and commissionings.

The focus of the practical training is in Wertheim, but assignments to our other locations in Germany are also possible.

Study duration and university:

• Regular study: 3 years / 6 semesters

What you can expect from us:

We offer you a solid and comprehensive dual study program in an exciting, international environment. Through the alternation of theory and practical phases, you will be trained both theoretically and practically. As part of the practical phases, you will go through all relevant departments to get to know the processes and workflows in an industrial production company. You will be trained and supervised by our competent specialist and management staff. For the practical training, our technical workshops and an internationally integrated engineering team are available.

• University entrance qualification with DHBW aptitude test or general university entrance qualification
• Good mathematics and physics skills
• Excellent spatial imagination
• Technical understanding
• High performance willingness
• Good communication skills and manners

Our benefits:

You can expect a salary according to the collective bargaining agreement, Christmas bonus, holiday bonus, success participation, flexible working hours with a 37.5-hour workweek, 30 days of vacation per year, profit-sharing contributions, and a company pension plan starting from the 7th month of employment.
