As a Marketing Manager (Social Media & Programmatic), you will take responsibility for the execution and performance of marketing activity for one or more of the JL Money products across Insurance and/or Credit & Banking. You will ensure marketing campaigns are executed across multiple channels to an exceptional standard, with a primary focus on maximizing marketing expenditure return on investment (ROI) through rigorous testing, learning, optimization programs, and customer-centric targeting. Predominantly focusing on paid social media and programmatic display, you will serve as a key member of the Social Media Team, reporting directly to the Social Lead and driving our strategic efforts by taking ownership of these critical channels. Where necessary, there will also be the expectation to support wider marketing channels (including PPC, affiliates, SEO, email, direct mail & POS).
This role requires strong experience in paid social and a deep understanding of programmatic marketing. You must demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and be proficient in managing external agencies, holding them accountable for results. You'll actively respond to market trends, customer insights, and commercial performance to deliver exceptional marketing activities across the channel mix. You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Financial Services sector, products and associated regulation, executing best-in-practice and high-quality work. You will have the ability to manage customer insights and commercial outcomes.
In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £5.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
Salary range - Up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
Contract type - This position is a fixed term contract or Secondment until November 2026
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business.
