Essential Duties
Onboarding and HRIS Responsibilities:
- Handles on-boarding activities for all new hires
- Processes new hires and terminations
- Processes employee data changes in Company's HRIS
Payroll Responsibilities:
- Processes regular payroll for salaried employees
- Works closely with managers reviewing their employee's timesheets
- Answers manager's questions on how to properly enter employee's time into timesheets
- Reviews hourly punches, call-outs and on-call time is recorded in the Company's HRIS
- Emails managers in reference to missing time and timesheet discrepancies
Other Responsibilities:
- Understands Company's employee benefit plans
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
