ERP Support Specialist
Provides general ERP system support to end users
Assists end users with complex transactional issues
Trains end users on essential processes, such as transaction adjustments, order entry, and warehouse functions
Write new code specifications for ERP to ensure operational efficiencies
Testing of new code/development of the ERP system
System support, implementations, and upgrades
Develops and maintains training manuals for end users
Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet company needs
Works closely with management on special projects
Maintains job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
