Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative for several countries in Europe, you'll report to our Sales Manager and play a key role in the development of JobTeaser in this area.

Main missions and objectives:

• Prospect a database of potential future clients in the Nordics area as your #1 priority, in Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the UK.
• Conduct targeted outreach and lead generation via emails, cold calls, and networking.
• Generate approx. 5 meetings every week (with the support of Inbound Leads also).
• Convert your prospects into customers: during the meeting, discover their needs (Discovery), pitch JobTeaser (Live demo), and offer a partnership proposal (Closing).

Qualifications

• C1/C2 in English & in French (mandatory): you can easily converse with C-levels
• You have relevant sales experience of 2-5 years (ex: business development, startup, consulting firm...)
• You love hunting (sending emails, cold calling...) and you never get bored
• You are result-oriented and resilient: you reach your target every month and you always want to achieve more!
• You are self-driven and have a high-energy spirit
• You know how to use Salesforce CRM? It is a bonus!
