Marketing Manager
A leading lifestyle and wellness business is seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who is both creative and analytical, with strong skills in campaign planning, storytelling, and project management.
The Marketing Manager will work across digital, social, email, website, paid media, PR, and partnerships to drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role collaborates closely with the community team, wider internal teams, and external agencies to deliver impactful, brand-led campaigns.

Salary: £50,000
Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)

Campaign & Content Management
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, website, paid media, PR, and partnerships to drive growth.
- Lead the annual marketing plan and editorial calendar, shaping seasonal stories and brand moments.
- Produce high-quality content across channels, ensuring messaging aligns with brand tone and values.
- Support community-led initiatives, amplifying campaigns designed to engage and retain members.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Drive SEO, paid social, PPC, and CRM/email marketing strategies, monitoring performance and ROI.
- Maintain and optimise the brand's website and web app, ensuring SEO best practice.
- Manage and segment CRM systems to improve retention and engagement (Klaviyo experience preferred).
- Collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-quality creative, PR, and performance campaigns.
Brand Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Oversee influencer collaborations, partnerships, and campaigns aligned with commercial goals.
- Support initiatives that foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Provide strategic input on campaigns to maximise reach and impact.
Reporting & Budget Management
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- Manage allocated marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on spend.
- Report regularly to leadership on marketing KPIs, performance, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop best in class strategic marketing campaigns that result in new lead generation across all brands.
- Achieve membership acquisition and retention targets.
- Create and execute positive ROI marketing campaigns and activations.
- Increase MoM and YoY key performance indicators such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on ad spend.
- Increase brand awareness and positive perception in the market, evidenced by increased social media following and engagement, increased footfall and class occupancy, and positive brand reviews.

The Person...
- 4+ years' experience in marketing within lifestyle, wellness, or consumer-facing brands.
- Proven experience in integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with experience adapting tone of voice across channels.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience analysing campaign performance and optimising ROI.
- Skilled in SEO, paid media, CRM/email marketing; experience with Klaviyo is ideal.
- Confident in content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
