Corporate Accounts & Sales Consultant
An exciting opportunity awaits an ambitious, target-driven professional to join one of London's fastest growing multi-site wellness portfolios, who have recently acquired further brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments and is passionate about connecting businesses with premium wellness experiences.
As Corporate Accounts & Sales Consultant, you'll take ownership of the full corporate sales cycle, from lead generation and relationship-building to closing deals and coordinating events. You'll be instrumental in expanding the brand's presence across London's corporate landscape while delivering an exceptional experience for every prospect and client.
Salary: £28,000 base + 10-15% of every single sale - huge earnings potential!
Commission - great commission incentives
Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
Leave: 20 Days per annum (plus bank holidays)

The Role...
1. Corporate Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across London's corporate network
- Generate new business leads through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Identify opportunities to promote wellness offerings within corporate settings, from wellness weeks to tailored group experiences
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring a seamless, professional experience throughout the sales process
2. Sales & Lead Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs across membership and personal training (PT) sales
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term members through expert consultation and tailored solutions
- Proactively follow up with leads and referrals, maintaining a consistent and structured sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to align messaging and optimise campaign performance
3. Events & Account Management
- Organise and host engaging corporate events and wellness activations, showcasing the club's facilities and services
- Maintain strong relationships with existing key account holders, ensuring high satisfaction and ongoing engagement
- Work with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and experiences for corporate members and partners
- Monitor performance of accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or bespoke solutions

- Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or high-end membership environments
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a professional, polished communication style
- Understanding of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and managing multiple client relationships
- Passion for wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industries is a strong bonus
