This is a dynamic hybrid role with a focus on business development and sales (approximately 70%), supported by hands-on event management and community engagement (approximately 30%). The successful candidate will be a results-oriented self-starter responsible for growing our "Resourcing Leaders" product in the Middle East region. This role requires a professional who is skilled at B2B sales and is adept at leveraging in-person events as a key tool for lead generation, networking, and relationship building. This role offers flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule and the needs of our global team.
Event & Relationship Management (30%)
Proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story about a product or brand.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency with CRM software (Ideally, HubSpot) is required to manage client records and sales activities.
Must be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, remote work environment.
Willingness to travel frequently to events and client visits within region with occasional travel to attend events in other areas/regions where necessary.
