Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Leadership
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring alignment with regional market needs
  • Elevate brand awareness and reputation through data-driven campaigns, PR initiatives, and thought leadership.
  • Manage partnership programs with financial institutions, tech partners, and government entities to amplify reach
  • Market Expansion & Localization
  • Lead Saudi Arabia market penetration efforts and lay the groundwork for GCC expansion.
  • Tailor campaigns to regional cultural nuances, ensuring messaging resonates with local audiences.
  • Integrated Marketing Execution
  • Drive offline and online lead generation via SEO, SEM, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets
  • Oversee PR and media relations, managing crisis communication and brand storytelling.
  • Performance Analytics
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, brand sentiment) to optimize campaigns.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms for data insights.

Technical & Professional Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B/B2C marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking.

Core Skills:

  • Expertise in partnership management, PR, and brand strategy.
  • Proven success in lead generation (SEO/SEM, email marketing, event marketing).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms.
  • Language: Fluent English (mandatory). Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
